The USS Anzio (NCC-74652) was an Intrepid-class Federation light cruiser in operation during the 24th century. The vessel had been selected by Starfleet Intelligence as a test bed for a new phased cloaking device after the failed attempt at doing the same thing onboard the USS Pegasus in 2358. The vessel was later stolen by pirates and taken deep into Romulan space. (Star Trek: Pirates Cove)
