The 2012 AHL All-Star Classic was held January 29th and 30th, 2012 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The AHL All-Star Skills Competition was held on January 29th with the West winning 18-10 The All-Star Game was held January 30th. The West All-Stars defeated the East All-Stars 8 to 7 in a shootout. The game was attended by 6,113. Ben Bishop of the West Squad was named the number one star of the game.
