It was called Friendsabroad, but now is part of Babbel, but it didn't change that much...luckily. In Babbel you can use pre-made tutorials (some are already active, some will be soon), or you can write about some topics (15 at the moment, but with many probabilities will be more and more with the time). Always in the "learn" section you can find wordlists "vocabulary packages", more than, of course, look for people to practice with (in the "people" section). In the "board" section you can write a short introduction about you, that can be commented by other people. You have public chats in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian, and, of course, a mailbox (like in every language exchange website...).
