Boggles the Clue Clown was an elderly and respected clown-themed super villain who was also the infamous arch-nemesis of Captain Sunshine prior to his death. His schemes revolved around the uses of gags, jokes and riddles, and often used them to antagonize Captain Sunshine and his young ward Wonder Boy. He was also secretly a member of the Council of 13, the overseers of the Guild of Calamitous Intent.
