The LS12 SMG is a sidearm for the Assault class in Shadow Fall's multiplayer. It appears to be based off the LS12 Ripper, and combines the Ripper with elements of the LS21 Valk. It may be a successor to the M66 Machine Pistol seen in Killzone 3. It is missing the suppressor that made the M66 an iconic weapon in the Killzone universe. The LS12 SMG has a very high rate of fire, as well as a strong vertical kick that makes it difficult to use while aiming down its' sights. It comes equipped with the VSA Holo Sight by default, and has no unlockable attachments.
