The Nerd says the game is nothing more than a marketing vehicle and looks similar to Super Mario Bros. 3. The basic premise is that the Hamburglar has stolen Ronald McDonald's Magic Bag, and you have to get it back. He says it's original when you can play with the character upside down. When the game sprite hits a certain obstacle, the spinning around it does makes him sick. The Nerd calls the extra lives in the game "Life Insurance."
