The result of this expensive endeavor was the Avatar-class Interceptor. The very first Avatar was given to Mandalore Cadden Blackthorne as a gift for leading the Mandalorians to their restored honor, merging their old ways with the new that he provided them. MandalMotors immediately went to work on a new design of fighter, setting aside a special division of their R&D team to come up with the perfect ship for their new leader.
