Duggen is a Kindred lieutenant and leads the dwarf contingent of the cult. He has led the excavation into the Fossilized Temple. When the minions reach him, he is about to excavate the dragon egg, prized asset to the Kindred, who want to use it to bring a rebirth of the Dragonkin race. A giant lumbering dwarf mutant, he stands much larger and taller than a minion.
