Toy Man III became an ally to Batman and Superman. In the Superman/Batman series where he aided the heroes in destroying a kryptonite meteor that was going to destroy Earth and decided to provide Batman with various technological implements in Superman/Batman #7. Toy Man III used more technologically advanced devices than the ones that Schott used that were inspired by anime and manga. Toy Man III then became a member of the Teen Titans once Super Boy and Robin became his best friends.
