Frederick Goldstein was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Captain, he served as commanding officer of the superdreadnought HMS Queen Caitrin, Admiral White Haven's flagship. As such, he fought in the Third Battle of Yeltsin's Star.
