Viscount of the Vengarnen state, Octavian von Hoth came to his position after being selected for his inspiring voice by Richard Eden to help the Centralist Faction gain support all across Vengarnen in order to forcefully remove August von Mackensen of the Republic of Vengarnen from power. With his inspiring voice, Octavian von Hoth would travel across the land to individual cities and towns to inspire others to support the new party.
