Ted Blackman is an animation artist, who's worked on Batman: The Animated Series (guest starring Mark Hamill and Adrienne Barbeau) and Gargoyles (starring Thom Adcox Hernandez, Jeff Bennett, and Frank Welker). He has collaborated with Eric Semones on all his Scooby-Doo work.
