Ryōiki (領域, Domain) or otherwise known as Shītengoku Katsuragi (四囲天国 ・ 桂儀, "surroundings of paradise, the judas tree ceremony") is a Lieutenant level shinigami and a present member of the Kidō Corps. He is a powerful combatant and master of the art of Kidō to the extent that he graduated from Shinō after only a single year and was automatically drafted into the Corp during the time that Tessai Tsukabishi was captain. He is a loyal member of the Corp and is good friends with Captain Ryōga Jōkaihan and has been known to have feelings for Misaki Jōkaihan.
