Ronny Burke, an African-American 12 year old boy. He drove a stolen Escalade and came out of that car with a plastic version of a hand-gun. He was shot and killed by a latino Police officer named Rafael Martinez. (Undecideds) He was actually never seen on screen, but was mentioned several times in the episode.
