Feather All is a lunar spell usable by members. When used it adds feathers to all unfinished darts, bolts and arrows. This grants 30 xp per stack of items and the Fletching xp players would get by adding feathers themselves. Players can only cast this spell on one stack of unfeathered items at a time.
