Although belonging to the Thaian Kingdom, the laws of Venore do not prohibit gambling, and gamblers like Zebron can be seen gambling in public. Venore features its own speciality dress shop ("Dress for Success"), and the organization Agency of Venorean Interest Negotiators (AVIN). It is also the only city to have two Depots, one in the center of town, and one to the east near the bank.
