Yes, as it is a requirement to have Bankai in order to become a captain, but she has rarely been seen with it (I believe the only time the manga showed her with it was during Soifon's flashback, towards the end of the Soul Society arc). Why she does not seem to use it is not confirmed, nor are its abilities.
