The AMG Mercedes CLK DTM is based off of the actual production model, a homologation special produced for DTM racing. AMG is Mercedes-Benz's in-house tuning firm, which modifies Mercedes road and racing cars for higher performance. DTM means "Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters", a mainly-German racing series, with entries from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi, that uses highly-modified versions of two-door, front-engined passenger cars.
