Jack Tew (ジャック·テュー) is pirate that come from North Blue and he is member of Mafia Pirates. He uses sword in battle and he is well known about his great speed and strenght. He has bounty is not so big and on other hand its not so small eather; and he has bounty of 440, 000, 000 beri. When he was child his parents abandoned when he had six years. He was wandering the streets in order to find something to eat. Sometimes he had to rob people in order to buy something to eat and one day he founded some sword; and decided to name it Panther King. His attacks names are based on panther.
