The Tribal Hills is the collective name for the many, short, interconnected ranges of hills that form the middle part of the Great Neck. Expect for the extreme eastern-most portion of the hills, located above Zaram's Gap, the hills are part of the Great Neck Empire. The eastern part is controlled by the Ten Tribes.
