The Crimson Phoenix II was a custom built transport built from the wreckage of the Crimson Phoenix. It was twice the size of its predecessor, and packed a considerable amount more punch, being capable of carrying the Crimson Dagger in a specially designed ventral launch bay, as well as being equipped with even more weapons armament than before. It could also take a considerable amount more damage, and it was faster as well, in hyperspace and in sublight.
