Benjamin Janson (born April 20, 2501) was a Special Tactics and Reconnaissance Service operator for the Alpha Squadron. He is the central protagonist in the short story, Halo: Victor. Janson enlisted in the UNSC Army on his 18th birthday and over the course of 20 years, acquired extensive experience and crucial proficiency in his long career and has great deal of familiarity and practice combating the Insurrectionists and noticeably less with the Covenant.
