The proprietor of The Astronomy Tower is "a white-haired man with a pointy chin and long, bony fingers." In September of 2010, he escorted David Washington, Anna Chu, Dylan Weitzner and Alexandra Quick out of the Tower, insisting that the business was "not a toy store."
