The 1994 Ontario Hockey Association Junior A Championship, also known as the Federation Cup, was a one-time round robin to determine a single OHA representative to the overcrowded 1994 Dudley Hewitt Cup. The acceptance of the Metro Junior A Hockey League into the Canadian Junior A Hockey League and the promotion of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League from the OHA Junior B ranks added to the independent Thunder Bay Flyers, Central Junior A Hockey League champions, Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League champions, and Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League champions. Up until this point, Junior A hockey in Southern Ontario had been either independent of Hockey Canada or restricted to only a Junior B level.
