The Special Forces were seals or walruses armed with sniper rifles and appear in the Red Pants Army's Robotics Facility. Out of all of the mobs, this type was the most frequently seen and sometimes accompanied by at least one Bazookaman. They were also seen alonside the Android 19000 SP. They wore red underwear and presumably a grey colored shirt with a small RP icon on the mob's left sided chest area, and maybe a swimming cap/helmet with googles on the cap.
