Kirk advised Lieutenant Berkley to refamiliarize himself with the manual, moments after Berkley unconfidently beamed cargo including infra-sensory drugs from the USS Enterprise to Tantalus Penal Colony in return for some research material destined for Central Bureau of Penology on Earth.
