McNulty is Jack's pain-in-the-ass boss in the original Trancers. He later shows up in the body of a nine year old girl so he can order Jack to return to Angel City at the request of Chairman Ashe, but he also appears in Trancers: City of Lost Angels. McNulty revisits the body of the same girl as a teenager in the second film. It can be suggested that McNulty died prior to the events in Trancers III, as he was only briefly mentioned by Harris. In the first two films, McNulty is played by Art LaFleur and Alyson Court respectively.
