At the dawn of the twenty-first century, their vessel rose from the depths of the sea, looking for appropriate genetic material to reconstitute their bodies. Godzilla was deemed to be a suitable donor, and the Millennians were rsurrected in a cephalopod-like aggregate form. However, due to Godzilla's unstable genetics, the Millennian gestalt mutated into the monstrous Orga, which was eventually destroyed by the King of the Monsters. It is unknown if other members of the species still exist.
