He also starred in such films as Days of Thunder (with Chris Ellis), Fried Green Tomatoes (with Mary-Louise Parker and Robert Richle), The Fugitive (with Daniel Roebuck and Jane Lynch), Nell, One Hour Photo (with Gary Cole and Clark Gregg), Head of State (with Dylan Baker), Runaway Jury, Cast Away, Flicka, Eagle Eye, The Ugly Truth, The Last Song, Moneyball (co-written by Aaron Sorkin and with Glenn Morshower) and the television series Seven Days.
