Toru Hirayama (March 19, 1929 - July 31, 2013) was a Japanese television producer who worked at Toei Co. Ltd. and was one of the driving forces behind the Tokusatsu boom of the 1970s and early 80s. He often collaborated with manga writer Shotaro Ishinomori on several TV projects.
