Gavin "kathode" Carter was the lead producer of Fallout 3 at Bethesda Softworks. Carter interned on The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and the Tribunal expansion, and came on full-time to work on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion just a few months after the project began. In 2009, he left Bethesda to join 343 Industries, Microsoft's new Halo division.
