Lost Thought is a Protoss outpost found deep within Aiur. The outpost was built during the Aeon of Strife where thousands of civilians tried to escape the purge of those who did not want to follow the beliefs of Khala. Once refugees made the trip to the installation, they used a crude platform based off a Xel'Naga warp gate to teleport to parts unknown.
