A criminal master mind named Doomin escapes from prison and hires a goo-made scientist to make millions on criminal master minds. Later Joe Carson becomes the Sky Red Ranger and destroy's Doomin's hide out. But that dosen't mean the world is safe from himthe build new hideout all around the world!
