The Black Eyed Children are mysterious creatures that usually resemble children between the ages of 6 and 16. According to witness statements, the Black Eyed Children only appear at night, usually asking to come into someone's house to use the restroom, use the phone, or they ask for a ride home or something to eat. They have been called everything from Paranormal to Inter-Dimensional beings to Aliens.
