The Clone-O-Matic is a device invented by mad scientist Professor Frank N. Stein in order to create an army of the dead for Max D. Cap. The machine was capable of taking the brainwaves of a resurrected being and transplant it into many more, "creating" clones of the same person (if one could understand the complicated set-up instructions). However, when Frank tried to use it with the brain of Head, a person with less than half a brain, he created a Blockbusters contestant (and his mascot, Winston). Since the results were so unthinkable, Frank supposedly retired the Clone-O-Matic and went to making his own friends once Max had departed.
