The Outlook Spur is the southern end of a mountain chain which stretches from Birthalis north into the Xalar Empire. The rock outcropping rises in the center of Birthalis. Over time, noble and merchant families have built houses on the hillside. On the southern point is a tower which functions as the city's lighthouse and is its highest building.
