Obtained from completing a Quest. You will need to wait 24 Hours from when you received the certificate to be able to turn it in for Gold. Note that while you are in posession of a Clear Certificate, you cannot repeat that quest. You can repeat the quest after you have turned in the certificate or if you sell/drop the certificate. The following is a table of quests and their Clear Certificate reward amount. On a special note, each partymember participating in a Quest will influence the amount of Gold you receive from turning in a Clear Certificate, given by that Quest.
