aokmaniac13 (also known as Insanius) is a M.U.G.E.N creator. He has converted all characters from the MS-DOS game, One Must Fall: 2097, but most of them are offline. He also is a sprite ripper, and has ripped several sprites from Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Capcom Fighting Jam and The King Of Fighters XIII, among many others.
