Apelao is a Japanese M.U.G.E.N creator who is known throughout the M.U.G.E.N community for making cheap characters; these creations tend to use custom sprites, though there are some exceptions. Most of his creations are hosted on axfc and have passwords, but some of his recent characters use direct links.
