This policeman works at the police station in Bristol. After Annie scares Owen away, Owen goes to the police station. The policeman is working there and listens to Owen's story. When Owen talks about Vampires, Ghosts and Werewolfs he thinks that Owen is mental and gives him a form for a mental hospital.
