Ralphie was a man who was a regular patron of the Wheel of Fortune on Phatt Island. With the help of a mysterious character, he would always win whenever he bet. He would always choose the cash prize upon winning, seeming to make his living off the Wheel, visiting it daily. He was not seen again after Guybrush Threepwood discovered how he was winning on the wheel of Fortune. Seen in Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge.
