CPLC Education Center (CPLC) is a non-degree granting vocational institution with branches throughout the USA. It was founded in August 1999 and began its first classes in New Jersey, its first location. At its inception, CPLC was established to address what was perceived to be a severe shortage of qualified computer programmers and other I.T. related professionals. During our early years of operation, our mission remained highly specialized: to train students for gainful employment in the I.T. industry.
