The Capricorn Coin is one of the twelve coins needed to complete the coin-collection sub-quest known as Signs of the Zodiac. It is found in the very back of the Twilight Temple's Sacred Chamber, in the Cortica River Upstream area. The Capricorn, or Capricornus, coin is joined within its zoom-mode spot by a pair of idle Altum Angelfish.
