A Qwardian soldier St'nlli quickly rose through the ranks. Biologically altered by Qwardian master-medics, his strength was increased and he was given the power to hurl devastating mental blasts. St'nlli also gained powers of flight, unaided space travel, and immunity to the "Glow" wielded by the Green Lantern Corps.
