Players can buy a Starting horn and racing boots in Al Kharid from Faruq, whose stall is near the silk trader. The Master of Races can teleport to virtually any imaginable location, even those not of Gielinor, such as the Runecrafting Guild's plane and the Land of Snow, anywhere as long as you bear the horn upon your person. It cannot be summoned if another Master is nearby, and gives the message: "Your race starter cannot appear near another." This can cause confusion among a group if multiple people attempt to blow the horn, and can even be used maliciously to delay a race.
