Videssian fire was a secret weapon used by the navy of the Empire of Videssos. Deployed from twin-tubes and pumps on the forecastle of each war galley, the fire could be used on both water and land. Almost impossible to put out, the fire, when deployed, could burn for days, as it did on the walls of Pliskavos when it was attacked by Krispos during the Kubrat War.
