Roan Fel's quarters were located on the planet Bastion. In 137 ABY, shortly after Princess Marasiah Fel's capture by the One Sith, Emperor Roan Fel was informed of her status inside his quarters. Due to the fact that the Princess knew all of the Imperial codes, as well as the location of the Jedi Hidden Temple, Emperor Fel ordered that the Princess must be either rescued or killed to prevent her from providing the information under torture.
