1.1 - We, the undersigned sovereign nations of The Dark Templar (DT), in pursuit of strength, security, comradery, and cooperation do hereby establish this constitution as a means of acknowledgement of both national and international binding responsibility. Let it be known that this aggregate of nations known as The Dark Templar shall henceforth be bound to this constitution, thereby commanding the maintenance of the highest level of mutual security, peace, brotherhood and trade.
