Jennifer Mills was a buyer at McNees who had set up an important meeting with brothers Paul and Liam Connor at Underworld. When she arrived, she was greeted with a picket line of staff outside and an empty factory floor. With neither Liam or Paul's wife Carla able to make contact with him, the buyer was unimpressed when Liam told her that the samples and costing figures that the deal hinged upon were in his brother's car. Sensing a complete lack of organisation, the buyer was unwilling to be messed around and walked out. Credited as "Buyer", the character's full name was given in dialogue.
