Micro-torpedo launchers are a smaller version of the full scale starship mounted torpedo launcher, they are designed for small craft such as fighters and runabouts. As such, the projectiles are significantly smaller than full sized torpedoes, Their size varies depending on the size and bore of the launcher, however they usually are no more than half a meter in length.
